Fem!Chris probably wouldn't have had to pay to lose her virginity, and probably would have found at least a few willing boyfriends to mooch off of both online and in the real world. But people would still have realized eventually that Fem!Chris is still a complete mental clusterfuck with no redeeming features except for being attractive, and most people wouldn't want anything to do with that for any more than a very short period of time. Long enough to stick their dick in the crazy and run.

To be fair, Hollywood is the only place that Chris' childish egotism, sense of entitlement and tendency to throw childish hissy fits probably wouldn't be seen as out of place. I doubt he make it on anything other than the stage though. They don't let people as ugly as Chris on TV.

He'd get herpes and knocked up pretty quickly. Chris is dumb and easy to exploit but what has saved him from real harm is the fact he doesn't have anything anyone would consider worth putting up with him for. If he was a hot girl he'd be fooled by even the scummiest guys just looking for sex. A guy in a mustard-stained wifebeater could claim to come from money and to Chris that would seem legit enough. His life might actually be worse. It'd be the same problem if Chris won the lottery. He'd be a bigger target.

The only big differance I could see is that now you would have people actually hitting on her as well as trolls. There would still be videos attempting to call out trolls and convince people that she isnt a lesbian, which I am sure would go down well.

What I'm gathering from these replies is that, instead of Chris having fake real girlfriends (trolls pretending to be real sweethearts), Fem!Chris would have real fake boyfriends (douchebags pretending to be interested in her Sonichu shit, getting their dicks wet, then disappearing and never being heard from again).
