Does Ruckersville have a mayor? Doesn't "unincorporated" mean that it is just a group of houses without a local political body governing it?

Unincorporated areas are governed by a larger political subdivision. In the US, it's most often a county. For Ruckersville, it's Greene County and their Board of Supervisors.

As an aside, I'm absolutely fascinated by North Korea and other totalitarian states, mostly the pre-1985 USSR and pre-1989 Eastern Bloc. Imagine if he was born to a member of the North Korean elite, his whole family would have died in camps by now! They don't exactly have the best psychiatric help available in that country, even for the higher-ups.

Why would a member of the North Korean elite have died in the camps? (Assuming Bob was one of NK's military leaders)

Attempt to reason with him, if not, attempt to get him forcefully admitted to a mental asylum or care home. After that, for the most part pretend he doesn't exist, but occasionally check to see if he is getting any better.

What do you mean 'if'?

I imagine that 14 Branchland Court has a reputation amongst the youth of Ruckersville as having something eerie about it. Stories about ghost dogs and young autistic lads and such. Not forgetting the very real scare-riffic Snorlax and her twin! The kids would all be there with TP, eggs and dares.

I work at a literacy for adults-type place, so I dunno if Chris would show up here and get accepted or not. I can imagine his assessment would be interesting for sure. I have a panic button under my desk. Usually it's in case we get harassed by the crackheads that chill in the hallways or the parking lot or, Heaven forbid, someone try to hold us up. I don't know if I'd use it for Chris, it depends on how easily I could make him leave or how badly he'd tantrum. Worst-case scenario, though, I'm covered.

At one of my previous jobs, specifically in a meat factory, he might not be the least intelligent person there, but he would screw everything up(you probably wouldn't notice his stench with all the raw meat and all) and to see him get his ass yelled at by the boss(especially if it's the owner) would probably be really funny to watch. He'd probably be fired after one day. And it's very, very hard to get fired from there. Usually, you'd have to screw up super hard that could be a health hazard to consumers(like, drop a marker in the meat before you grind it or something).

At this point from his police record I doubt he could legally purchase a firearm anymore.

I don't know. I thought as long as you don't commit a felony or are involuntarily committed to a mental hospital, you can purchase a firearm. He has a misdemeanor as long as he behaves himself, so unless I'm missing something he could buy a gun.

Fortunately, you don't need a gun to go hunting. You could always use a bow (or even a pellet gun), which to the best of my knowledge have few restrictions.

The term is "adjudicated mentally defective." That's something like a court decision that the individual is too incompetent to handle his own affairs, or involuntarily committed to a mental institution.

But if a court has never declared you officially defective nor have you ever been convicted of a felony, or domestic violence, you are allowed to purchase all the firearms and ammunition your credit card will accept.

Of course, that being said, Chris would probably give up after a relatively short time, or worse yet, mistake another hunter for a deer due to his vast stupidity. No here, it has happened and still does at times.

And remember-a bad day hunting beats a good day working.

I think he'd probably try to show vintage Chris-like sympathy on Facebook, maybe trying to convince us that, since he's forgiving her for her sins, that we should see how pious he is and cease all trolling activities because he is TRUE and HONEST. His enablers will try to console him, but then he'll try to take advantage of this for some china, or at least milk the sympathy.

No one would be fooled and he'd probably come off as clueless and self-centered.

I work as a tutor at my community college, and I don't imagine Chris would have ever taken advantage of tutorial services back at PVCC. If he did, it was a test of the tutor's patience to be sure. If due to some bizarre events he wound up on my side of the country, at my community college, taking the history classes I tutor in, and needed help, I would try to be civil and helpful but I sure as hell wouldn't tutor him in the cubicles. There's no ventilation.

I don't think any sane parent would let their kids anywhere near that house. He probably wouldn't answer the door at all either, that would mean he has to PAUSE his videogame, WALK alll the way down stairs just to give kids candy he could be eating himself! That's like, a whole two minutes of effort!
