Going by history (there have been a lot of Sonichu comics over the years) he probably wouldn't notice.
Unless you mean actually publishing something in print and selling it, which would probably evoke a reaction from Nintendo's lawyers more than anyone else.

In that case may I suggest an escalation

Chris lacks the charisma that Hitler had. At best, he'd attempt the Beer Hall Putsch but instead of at least having a few die hard supporters behind him, he's all alone and he ends up in prison for a lot longer than he should have. If he somehow did get into power, he would be an ineffectual leader and nothing would get accomplished because he'd get stressed easily. Like, Goering would be like "Mein Furher! Our forces are beating defeated on the Eastern front!" and Chris would be like "Sigh, I am too stressed and heartbroken for these trollings."

If Chris was Hitler, he'd probably stay a house painter.

What would become of Chris? Would he be in a better or worse situation? Do you think October 28 would have never happened? Would bob even be able to stop Chris with his ill health? Would Chris even notice if Bob had to be taken to the hospital?
