- Aimlessly roam the streets akin to a feral, retarded dog

If Chris developed a taste for Mexican food I might go into a restaurant and there, among the salsa and chips, I see Chris, trying to speak his "fluent" Spanish with the waiters, while they mutter Spanish cuss words under their breath.

On a slow day I would serve his food and then ignore him, opting to clean up and read ASoIAF. It's a takeout in a village, btw. On a busy day, I might be forced to ask him to leave if he was harassing other patrons. Thing is, I don't see Chris staying for long. There is no wifi for him to mooch off of and no indoor seating.
