Estrogen impacts muscle growth, bone density, neurological function, and sex drive. Basically men need it for everything to function in their bodies so how it's gotten demonized in recent years is stupid.


Fyi it's been rumored that Elon's body looks so fucked and hunchbacked because he's giving himself hypoestrogenism with some kind of grey market blockers.

Estrogen, specifically Estradiol, is a downstream product of free testosterone in men. A normal, and desirable product. It is essential for bone density, mood regulation, fat metabolism and cardiovascular fitness.

If it converts in too great a proportion (because fat, or poisoned by sources of phytoestrogens), you get bitch tits and can't get it up.
If it converts in too low a proportion, you get weak bones, fatigue, and problems with your mental 'elf.

As with most things, balance is key.
