Considering the examples of con employees I've seen since coming into this trash fire (Shane, a billion ugly-as-sin troons), I can completely buy that Vic might have lost his temper at a few of these idiots. I don't even know how anyone could interact with Shane and not end up screaming like Kuni from UHF.

Taking her story as true, the part about "traitor" is clearly a joke. MSA (Mini Skirt Army) refers to Travis Willingham's fanclub, so he was likely joking she was a traitor for being in that club and not his.
I'd bet that the "easy" question was another joke she took the wrong way, similar to Monica assuming "I ate Monica Rial" meant "I ate out Monica Rial".

I swear to God that once, I was volunteering at a HUGE con, located in somewhere in 2000, and Vic came up to my table, slamming his hands down with a look of lust and vileness that frightened me to my core. I asked him to back off please, and he only got angrier, threw the table and pretty much assaulted me sexually. I can confirm this story because I had my razor flip phone in my pocket. #timesup
