Mullvad's windows program is dogshit compared to Proton. Or at least it was last time I compared them (a year or two ago)
Proton has really good split-tunneling support with program whitelisting and blacklisting (for mullvad it's just blacklisting - if you want eg. only your torrent program to go through the tunnel, enjoy manually excluding every .exe that uses your network!)
Mullvad also does not support port forwarding - which they did in the past - while Proton has it. (matters a lot for eg. torrents, and can even be used for things like opening a game server for your friend if you're behind ISP CGNAT that blocks consumer portforwarding)

Also pretty sure Proton has a larger network. And it's just a generally better and more polished experience. Also Mullvad is from a faggot country for NIGGERS. Just figured I would throw that in there.
