I'd say maybe dont line up all of the characters heads so the height chart is visually legible, but that assumes the artists actually drew the characters properly to a common scale height.

They should just have used chibis or sticks figures for the height chart, there's an almost 40cm difference between bigs and anoki but the chart shows it more like they're all barely 10cm apart, or just remove all numbers completely, look at the one piece height chart, no numbers but i can still tell how relatively tall everybody is.
