This actually makes me wish they saved Undyne getting kidnapped for last because imagine if you could tell Undyne about what's going on and she goes on this schizo investigation trying to figure out who is behind it all? That'd have been kino. (But she can actually do things because she's actually a cop unlike Asgore.)

I'm just imagining she eventually decides it has to all be Carol due to a bunch of circumstances and a scene similar to Hot Fuzz plays out.

Honestly an Undyne and Napstablok cop duo comedy would be very kek.
Also the reveal of the entire town somehow being in on it would produce so many Hot Fuzz jokes.

Incorrect. Outside of Kris' interventions Susie will still just be eating random garbage, just dolled up in an imaginary darkworld glaze.

Eh, that's still healthier than random chalk. And it works to heal the party, so it can't be that bad. She was very bad in Chapter 1, but less so in the later ones. The moss-eating scenes is a meme and it doesn't count.

I think the issue comes from the fact that the word "obsessed" comes off as a massive exaggeration in the context of what we're actually shown.

Asgore had ONE manga sitting on top of his tv and ONE anime figure sitting in his car, but apparently that's enough to completely transform the entire dark world into being overtly Japanese themed.

Mew Mew isn't even a main character, she's a missable secret boss.

If anything I would've expected it to be more marriage themed given his actual obsession towards preserving the flowers from his wedding day and trying to make everything like it used to be so he can get Toriel back.

Actually, TV Dinner only heals for +100HP, while Light Candy (Chalk in the Light World) heals for +120HP.
Objectively, Chalk is healthier to eat in the Dark World than leftovers from Toriel's cooking.

You absolutely did not need to do this to confirm the idea that most people view Kris as male.

In my experience 99% of the people who insist that Kris is a hecking valid Enby will still eventually concede that Kris is at the very least a masc one. So even the people who fervently insist the hardest that Kris is indeed some kind of gender blob still tacitly admit that Kris is just a dude that calls himself something else.

Very few people genuinely think that Kris is completely androgynous, let alone feminine. As abstract as the pixel art may be Kris still looks, dresses and acts indistinguishably from a guy, and even the people who have brainraped themselves with reddit for a decade can still see it.
 
To be fair, it's pretty understandable that Kris wanted to be a monster. That's why he wore the demon horn headband as a child, right? Because his entire family has horns, and he wanted to feel like one of them.

Imagine being a black child adopted by whites. Eventually you'd get self-conscious about your skin color. Now imagine living in a community of white, going to school with only whites and never seeing another black person, ever. That'd have to mess with you to some degree.
 
noelle is going to crash out on susie in chapter 6 anyway, aborting weird route on the last chance will not make any changes. nothing changes after all. what are the chances for toby to add multiple routes and outcomes anyway?
 
I'm guessing that there will be "one" ending, but the path you get there makes a difference.

Like I'm sure no matter what happens you still stop the Roaring, either by being a hero and doing it normally or being evil and just murdering the Knight in spite of the prophecy.
