I’ve mentioned it in the past but weight loss is a waste of time for Ralph if loose skin surgery and extra tit removal surgery isn’t involved. He needs it in multiple areas so it would need to be 360 degree lipo and skin tightening. It’s why he always gains it back, because even if he loses weight he still has a Gunt belt around his waist, which probably gets saggier and looser with fat loss.
