Divorce can be filed in a state where at least one spouse has residence. In this case that is NY.

From NY divorce FAQs:

Iow, in NY you can't just file one-sided for irreconciliable differences ("no fault") and have it happen, especially with children involved. If the other spouse disagrees/ you haven't hammered out the terms, it becomes a contested case, which is more involved.

I like the part towards the end where he mutes the audio, and then enables it when scarlett is talking about having him killed? SO he mutes it while he threatens her, then unmutes for her response. Then he shit talks her about all the black dick she took up her ass. First day is going great. She is mentally ill and gets off on causing shit. She says she loves him, but then acts like a mental case. He does the same. They deserve each other.

At least he isn't trying to see his kids while she is around. They are the winners in all of this.
 
There should be no further evidence that Delaney is very seriously mentally ill and using some hard drugs than putting whipped cream and toppings on top of the lid of her Jeremy Hambly coffee cup! I wonder if she had to suck Jer's micro to get that gift? 🤔

Not suggesting any gayops, but these two losers are staying at one of the shittiest motels in Las Vegas, and it's probably the one off Tropicana across from the MGM. Same layout with the blue outside doors. Convenient crack access I guess. Taco Bell Cantina is only about a 5 minute walk so Scarlett will love that convenience.

Click on random timestamp, Ralph telling Adam Green (who is muted to the stream but Ralph can hear him) about how he missed his bus (apparently he had to do a rideshare?) which made him miss the first flight, then gets to the airport and is not allowed on next flight because he'd had "two drinks" but he would be allowed on the next one,. That caused him to miss the connecting flight in Miami so he had to sleep at the airport on the floor. All of it just to whine that he missed the hotel voucher he got on twitter.
