There are so, so many of them that seem to try to be eye-searing on purpose for some reason.
Found half these blogs by clicking around on blogs the other half of them interact with. This doesn't even scratch the surface of how many horrible themes people have.
Many of them also have their "about" pages hosted on carrd.co, which...they don't do much better at designing
