He could have pivoted into other games slowly but surely in the past like a lot of other YouTubers and Streamers did. Him walking away from his big channel was a really odd decision.
Sure sounds reasonable, but most of this audience is tied to his TW channel and the TW franchise in general. So I don't really follow his logic how he went about his "retirement" and return.
I don't necessarily have an issue if "only" get all 23 factions that CA showed on stream. More would be cool but to be honest that's not my concern for the game. They could give us 100 factions, and it wouldn't matter if the gameplay both on the strategic map and during the battles is deep as a puddle. The game needs deep and engaging mechanics. And that applies across all factions and especially on an individual level. I don't care about 50 different factions who are differentiated only by color. Factions mechanics and units need to be unique and make a difference. I rather take only six factions at launch if those are completely different from each other. That's what CA historically struggled to achieve even with Warhammer.
I get what you are trying to say but Paradox did that so they can sell us more DLC. We as customers lost when the best comparison we can make is which company might be slightly more inclined to throw us a bone.
What is end dated for Med3 supposed to be?

Since Rich Aldridge is involved with the End Times I would assume that it is in an infinitely better state than WH3 at launch or Shadows of Change.
Shadows of Change was such a pathetic failure of a DLC. I don't know how they thought that shit would fly. They still haven't introduced a FLC lord for Tzeentch like all the other DLCs did, who, I should say, should obviously be Egrimm Van Horstmann, with Galrauch as another legendary hero. Seriously, Tzeentch is so underwhelming that I have only played that faction less than five times over the course of multiple years. They better fucking add him. He's been requested for years, easily one of the top five most requested characters.
At this point I just desperately want them to work on and expand the base Empire roster. Cathay and Kislev both hilariously power crept them, especially when it comes to line infantry.
His absence is honestly annoying at this point. every other mono-god has a greater demon, LL a herald LL and a Mortal LL.
I suspect its just going to be single lord packs like the white tiger lady after End Times.
