If memory serves me correctly, it was Sneasal or Chimpburgers that made these gifs. I'll try and find a timestamp of when they were made. Those maniacs were making the gifs after every video toots made. You may be able to pinpoint the stream/video in question that way.

The video was posted sometime between Sep 2017 and Feb 2018. It was taken down from toms channel (for obvious reasons) and I cant find an archive of it for the life of me. Maybe @BigTodd would have a lead?

If you can get in AMB they have a total record of tom videos. and The Dead Big Al and Jimmy McGill will be able to help as well and AMB has a search feature for all of toms AMB quotes including one where he said the only way he would share a woman is if she was 13 years old or below.
