Discovered Factorio on Gog.com and lost a significant amount of time to it.
 
Took my midterm for American history. Felt anxious, feeling like I might not of done well but then again, the questions weren't too hard. I'm sure I might have some points docked but overall, I think I did well. It helps that it's all graded on a curve so a C or B could get raised up one letter grade higher.
 
...decided to move out of this rat fuck apartment. It's taken them three weeks to fix my dishwasher, and it still doesn't clean things fully. They also called to complain that my apartment was "messy" because I had too much art on the walls, too many bookshelves, and there were too many dog toys on the floor. Fuuuuuck this place. There have been three murders in two years, and my car has been broken into seven times. I'm moving on up.
 
I helped my grandparents unpack at their new apartment, now they live only 15 minutes away :D I earned $80 from it too!
And right now, I am doin some camping research since my bf and I are going camping this weekend! :3 (soooo exciteddd)
 
I spent the last two hours trying to reverse engineer the collision code from a working game engine because I just can't seem to figure out a perfect algorithm on my own.
 
Today I saw my boyfriend for the first time in 3 weeks (we've both been kinda busy) and we got Mexican food and icecream.
This weekend we're belatedly celebrating 6 months together.
 
Today I found out I passed my university dissertation.

I'm celebrating tomorrow as I have to work first thing tomorrow morning so any sort of alcohol tonight would be a bad idea.

Awesome! You should be proud and drunk. I had a shit day at work so now I'm drinking, watching Patlabor and debating playing Factorio.
 
Today I have had my husband teach my daughter how to play War. It's a card game.
 
After breaking three cheap keyboards this year, I sucked it up and bought a Corsair. This thing is a fucking brick... I'm pretty sure it'll last for a while. And I like the clicky clack noise.

Oh wow...I wouldn't think someone else would like the clicky clack of a keyboard. Seriously, it's ASMR to me. It's really calming. I also like the sound of typewriters. :)
 
I worked all day (literally, from 8AM until 9:30 PM with about an hour's worth of a break in between jobs) and then drove up to see my mom and stepdad's new puppy. He's a sweet little ball of fluff, I love him already.
 
Today I ended up getting a Krispy Kreme doughnut for 50p rather than £1.45 due to me putting it in just a standard plastic bag and the cashier assuming it was just a regular glazed bakery doughnut and not a Krispy Kreme one.

It's nice to see a film about cultural diversity and acceptance that delivers the message intelligently and as a driver to a well written plot rather than going along the "It's wrong to pick on people for being black/gay/some kinda chinese! Now here's a generic love story/murder mystery to pad the plot, be nice!" route.
