Years ago there was a fat activist Tumblrina that had a gastric bypass, and got shat on for it. Ultimately, she blew it out and gained back all the weight. She still does the ~*~ your body is beautiful~*~crap ad nauseam, even though it has resulted in chronic pain and sleep apnea.

No it does not. The second law of thermodynamics states a closed system in increase in entropy as it strives to maintain a temperature. The human body is not a closed system. Science: That's not how it works. That's not how any of this works.
