He's artificially lowering his pitch right? A couple of his videos have Kai-style "giggle exhales" that don't go any higher in pitch, I think the whole range has been lowered. I don't see any way to change the pitch on YouTube videos to check though :/

I think I've been on the Internet for too long because I have heard of pee-collectors before. This one guy on Something-Awful kept a bottle filled with his cum under his bed.
 
I think he's legit. he's genuinely as retarded as it appears from my experience of talking to him on skype.

As low as it is, that's is his voice unmodified.
When you pitch shift it up, even using monophonic timestretching to preserve the length, it still creates small phasing-phonetic blips. When you use non-monophonic its even more obvious like in Audacity.
Copy, people have accused you of using a voice modifier a well, just think of it as the same thing. It's believable when you put in perspective right?
