I hope ReviewBrah has a girlfriend or at least some close IRL friends. From what I gather he was an eccentric who wasn't popular in school growing up. His real passion seems to be old radio and suits. Fast food reviews was just something he did as a young kid that blew up.

On his radio show he has mentioned in passing that he is not interested in "any of that" when it comes to things of a sexual nature.
His old logo for the radio show had a hamburger on it, and when he got a new logo, I recall him talking about how he wasn't really all that passionate about food. Most of the time when he's tasting things it seems like he can barely get it down, though I'm sure that's at least in part due to his bad teeth. May also be because he is a vampire.
I don't think he leaves home much at all now that Door Dash is a thing. It's been ages since he's done a review eating from his car.
I've picked up on the same vibe Null mentioned a few posts back since ReviewBrah posted his 'Are We Nearing the End?' video, but I did not believe it until his Mcdonalds World Cup video. In that video he takes two bites of his burger and looks at the camera like this:
