Funny how Lex grumbles on about being a sexual assault victim, acting like it's this trump card towards any criticism made about her, but the second someone else relays their own experience, all of a sudden it's "trauma dumping", or "using it as an excuse", or something to laugh at. She's the exact kind of person who'd post those Tweets saying, "Men's mental health matters uwu", but then laugh when a guy admits to being assaulted. Scum.
She's so dead set on removing any agency on her part. In her response, she complains that Ryan never made any attempt to reach out to her so they could settle things privately, but she's just as (if not more) guilty of it.

Gonna go MATI here, but holy fuck Lex is an absolute fucking monkey. The fact that she was stupid enough to start flaming on another sexual assault victim by threatening them in her screed is beyond exceptional. It just makes the initial callouts look like a heavily embellished story of embarrassing sex. That's what it is this entire time. It's was just this one vindictive whore who couldn't handle the fact that she HAD to actually stop being a lazy moocher and do something with her life. - It's worth noting that if what she says is true, which isn't saying much since she tends to lie and stretch the truth a ton, Nick hadn't spoken to her after releasing his first video against SuperMega. Instead, he took it upon himself to needlessly insert himself into the drama and make it more about his own self-interests as somebody covering the drama facing pushback.

Last July, I was mentioned in a video by Lex, aka niceupdog, regarding an encounter where she claimed to have been made uncomfortable by my conduct. when I saw this. I reached out to Lex, offering a deep apology and an offer to talk further if she felt comfortable doing so. I was extremely shocked, confused, and ashamed by these allegations. I had absolutely no clue how to respond to a public situation such as this one, and in my emotional state, I released a video apologizing to Lex and touching on my own experience with being a victim of SA. I felt that this was the best way to properly handle things at that time, but I believe I made an error in judgment with how I went about my response, and in turn, my video was poorly received. Shortly after. I removed my video.
The last 9 months have been incredibly taxing to me, my mental health, my work life, and 'friends and family. I've lost my job, relationships, and my entire reputation has been irreparably damaged. I would like to move on from this the best I can, and in doing so, my therapist has suggested share my full perspective of things. Not in an attempt to sway public opinion, but at the very minimum to feel heard. which I have not felt. I initially planned to not say anything further and by my best to move on, but with the release of a new video by Lex in which my regretful apology and SA story is mocked and used as blackmail over me, with the intention of humiliating and shaming me as an SA victim. I now feel that I need to get my true thoughts and perspective out in me open.
To learn of these feelings for the very first time in such a public way was deeply humiliating and hard to understand. It was clear that Lex never had any intention of trying to address this issue with me. She instead chose to publicly share it with hundreds of thousands of people, just as she did recently with my texts In which I was apologizing to her and offering to talk further if she'd be open. She never responded. It was clear I was now a person she deemed incapable of having a discussion with. She had decided exactly what type of person I was, and didn't think I deserved a chance to make amends or have a positive reputation. It was the public's decision now, and there was no conversation to be had. I have been continuously harassed, lost friends, and publicly called a sexual predator and even a rapist.
It is also entirely untrue that I placed Lex in a headlock of any sort. I was painted as an aggressive monster who was as rough as I wanted to be, with no concern for the other party. If I ever put my arm around her shoulder at any point and she was uncomfortable. she never indicated that to me. I'm not a mindreader. and I was unfortunately only able to act on the information and responses given to me by Lex. When the initial video was dropped, I felt a strong sense of shame and sadness. Shame at potentially misreading a situation, and sadness at making somebody feel uncomfortable, uneasy, or unsafe.
In regards to the night of the alleged event itself, I want to start by saying that any kissing between us was fully consensual, as I had asked if I could kiss her. We kissed multiple times throughout the night, and as she stated in her initial video, she followed me to multiple rooms around the house during this. In recalling events, Lex has retroactively stripped herself of any and all autonomy for that night and attempts to portray me as a sexually aggressive man, which I am not I was given no indication that she felt uncomfortable at any point during that night, or the weeks and months to follow. After kissing that night, Lex made the decision herself to come with me and Matt back to his house to spend the night, as opposed to crashing at the office where she had been staying. It didn't and sell doesn't make sense to me that she chose to willingly come back with us if she had felt uncomfortable or unsafe with me that same night.
Over a year later, when Lex's retelling of that night was shared, my honest reaction was a mix of intense shock and overwhelming confusion. Confusion as to why she had never told me she felt the way she did. Confusion as to why she chose to go this route instead of even attempting to make me aware of her feelings. It didn't make sense to me. After the night of the party, we continued to hang out and spend plenty of time together, seemingly without any awkwardness or issues. We went on a road trip together, I attended her birthday dinner, and saw her on a regular basis on account of her living at the office at the time.
In my apology video, I spoke on how I am a victim of sexual assault. This was interpreted by many as me lying to gamer sympathy for myself or get out of jail free. My intention did not translate as I had meant it to, all I wanted was to let Lex know that I have felt the way she has, and it was not something I took lightly. I took my apology video down shortly after. At the and of the day, I was only doing what I thought was for the best, but I know now that have made mistakes, and I was too quick to rush out a response in the haze of my emotions. I've now had many months to reflect on things, and until L.'s most recent upload, I have tried to accept my perception and where people stand on me. roe tried my hardest to move past this. In her new video, Lex not only mocks me as a victim of SA, but has included a dropbox link in the video description for anyone and everyone to download my apology video. As stated earlier, the apology video includes my story of being sexually assaulted, and while I might have been shortsighted in sharing it publicly, it is not her story to have ownership over. It is not her story to dangle over my head and torment me with. I don't think it's hard to understand why somebody would not want a video of them opening up about their own SA spread across the internet and used as a weapon against them. I have been deeply humiliated by this, and I find it incredibly cruel to do, as the purpose of her new video wasn't even about me. My SA is my story to tell, and I find it disgusting that she won't let me move on from my mistake of including that information in my video. Its highly inappropriate for one SA victim to mock and shame another publicly like this, as if mine is just a fun toy to build themselves up and tear me down.
I have spent months struggling to understand why nobody wanted to see me as a person who could have made a mistake or misread a situation. Instead, this one alleged thing had now defined me as a person, and I was not given the grace to be someone who made a mistake, but as a monster who was capable of nothing but evil with no redemption. As with every single person on earth, I am a human being, and humans make mistakes. On the internet, I think it's very easy to forget that and reduce me down to just a guy online who you've been told is a predator or a creep, and am void of any feelings and only deserve punishment.
I am not asking for public forgiveness or sympathy. I am not saying I haven't messed up in the past. I genuinely just need to speak my true and honest feelings. A couple of days ago, Ethan is Online made a stream looking utterly buck broken and talking about the fallout of his little gayop. Acheeto and sensitive society (Ethan's biggest haters) only bothered talking about it today which is important because that means no one is paying attention to trailer trash chubby Hasan anymore (couple hundred at best).
- Has a fucking donation goal for chat to decide his next tattoo that is halfway through.
- Refuses to watch videos critical of him because they are 'factually wrong', 'they don't know anything about me'.
- Still coping about people calling him a nonce over defending nonces.
- Still calls SuperMega rape apologists.
- Throws Nickisnotgreen under the bus because he went off-script by the second video and made videos without consulting Lex.
- 'He got tons of shit wrong' and blames him for the hate Lex received. Calls him out for sinking to Redditor levels.
- Sat Nick down to stop him from fanning the flames, Nick took it like Ethan was 'trying to control him'.
