Obviously, the name "Cheri Riley" appears many times, though the "Grammar Query" website piqued my interest. It's just a .JPG.
A .JPG of what I believe is a certificate belonging to Noriah, also known as Mr. Pawuch Chuesri, which contains the school he goes to.
If this really belongs to him, the certificate proves he will never be a woman. But at the end of day, we can never truly know if Noriah is Pawuch Chuesri. He could very well be Đỗ Hồng Quân. I would check data breaches, but the website I use to check those is down.
