Is this early onset CTE or just a retard with an ego bigger than his production who got his 2nd contract money and doesn't give a single fuck anymore? Hopefully everyone in the thread did something more productive this 4th of July than burning one of your last bridges in the league.
I honestly think it's more a case of adult-onset mental illness. Mid twenties is commonly when this kind of thing develops, could be sparked by finally getting his paycheck and then pretty much instantly shredding his knee, idk, but a lot of his vids reek of a textbook manic episode, and the long periods without contact could be the depressive half of it.

my bad jokes aside, this is probably the most likely scenario, imo.

Yeah this isn't really unusual. Remember Barret Robbins, the Raiders center who went off to celebrate his Super Bowl victory in Tijuana? Except this was the night before the Super Bowl and he was just having a manic episode?

Honestly, I think there should be some mechanism to just medically retire players whose brains aren't clicking right. Being a pro athlete is stressful especially in the age of social media and they should probably just kinda sit down and live a quiet life.

The thing I've always wondered about the Aiyuk perpetual crashout is that the media has so far seemed to treat him going to the Commies as a certainty. I don't know if that's just to humor the possibility or if they have any insider information, but I find it really hard to believe that any serious football organization (I know, assuming a lot about the Commanders there) would even consider picking up such a clear time bomb for anything above the bare minimum and yet all of the professional commentary on the situation seems to treat him not going to Washington as just humoring the possibility.

I hope this latest round serves as egg on their faces, especially when his history with Daniels is one of the major reasons they kept saying they were saying it would/should happen despite the obvious personality issues on display.

Saw an interview the other day with a 49ers insider, who told the org when BA was drafted that his college coach (Tony Dungy if I recall) told them that BA was always like this, hot and cold. He knew if BA showed up he was capable of anything on the field, but that he only showed up willingly about half the time. His antics arent anything new and just typical of your average negro.
