It's not about hosting the Super Bowl. That is an excuse they think football fans will be sympathetic to. It's about concerts and conventions and stuff like that and getting in more rich people to the games who don't want to be sitting outside.

That's the more recent development. Since 2009, the NFL has been rewarding teams that build new stadiums with superbowls. It gave cities an incentive to give in more to the teams demands like tax payer funding. Since the Rams stadium in 2020, they've been pushing for not just new stadiums, they need to have entertainment districts and domes to host more events all year round. I don't know why they would want to copy the rams since they have the worst home attendance in the league but they must be making money for the league to copy it.
 
Just got off the phone with my uncle who lives in Kansas and I don't think I've ever heard him that pissed off in my life. Between ranting about the betrayal of the team's history and how it's going to raise taxes, if he's any indication, I don't think Kansans are gonna be happy about this. I expect this to be the central discussion when I go up for Christmas this year.

I think only Aikman really gets pissed at them for non-calls and bullshit calls. The Refs and the League gets pissy when you point out that every jackass watching will notice how shit the refs are.

I’m honestly expecting one or ten of them to be caught rigging games for a gambling ring. Not wins, but stat lines and first scores of a game.

His football IQ is through the roof, but he doesnt have enough left in the tank physically wise. And I dont think for a moment he could stand up to a full seasons' worth of abuse, especially with the extra game added.

More than likely he's still better than Anthony Richardson would have done.
 
Rivers is out there showing how the new generation of QBs is complete dogshit because they all rely on athleticism rather than smarts. You just dont see many QBs using all the playclock, moving around players, changing the play at the line,etc because we gotta have more diversity in QBs, which is far more important.

Actually, it's sad how many retards take it at face value that any time a black person throws a hissy fit that someone must have dropped N-Nukes on him, despite zero fucking evidence and a long history of these sorts of false allegations. I mean, there is a black security guard in the video right behind the guy and she's laughing so it's odd how quick people want to jump to that assumptions. Talk about being programmed.
