Giannis is going to the Heat, along with Bobby Portis, for:

Tyler Herro, Kel'el Ware, Jamie Jaquez Jr, Kasparas Jakucionis, three 1st rd picks, a pick swap, and a 2nd rd pick

Apparently the Heat have $18.1 million left in cap space after this trade and are hard-capped at the first apron. I think they are fucked because Norman Powell could easily get $25 million somewhere else and they really need him for this to work.

People are thinking it's gonna be a sign and trade situation with him. Then you have other people online thinking Ja Morant will head down to Miami via trade.

It'll be Giannis, Bam, Wiggins and two dudes Spo saw at LA Fitness and they'll somehow make it to the ECF.

They really do need another piece, but with how barebones their roster is now + the cap space issue I just don’t see how they do it this offseason. If there is one thing Miami is historically good at it is finding and developing diamond in the rough talent, whether it is through free agency, the draft, or the G League. So maybe they can find some guys to fill their roster and develop them into assets, but even that is very hit or miss.

Fuck the wnba but this is a fun thread to read:

It's always nice to see pRedditors break from the stereotype of being the bugmen the wider internet typically views them as. Dare I say some of them might do well as humble fruit farmers.
Of course it's locked now because too many people were noticing and talking about uncomfortable truths. Reddit mods are the biggest cowards on the planet.

At these point Clark should just tell the WNBA to go fuck itself then go play in France or Australia where her skills will actually be appreciated. I hope she stays there and comes back to fuck the US women up at the next Olympics. Fuck these jealous ungrateful hoes.

Unfortunately Clark herself is just an AWFL in a uniform. She moves heaven and hell to not shit on anybody but especially if they're black and just wants to "uplift" them, and grovel at their feet letting them know how important they've been to building up the league that has always operated at a loss, and that packed a quarter of an arena before the Golden Goose (her) came along. I want to like her but she just fucking cowers in fear at every turn. At some point or another she's going to need to fist up some bulldykes because it's obvious her teammates and coach won't do shit. Jordan is the greatest player to ever touch a basketball and he had enforcers, but he wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty because he refused to be fucked with. Clark needs to find a backbone or continue to get stomped, punched, and ragdolled.

Michael Jordan and Charlotte higher-ups saw the upturn late last season and knew they had to do something. God forbid the Hornets actually make the playoffs for once.

In case you’re wondering about the Caitlyn Clark thing. Yes, they are chimping out and screeching muh racism.
