One of the things that puzzles me the most about the elites' plan to replace us all with bootlicking jeets is... do they really think those jeets will perform to the same standard? Really?
I completely agree that jeets make better slaves, as they are inherently servile. But you'd have to be deluded to think Sukhdik the plumber is an equal exchange for John or even Juan the plumber.
The only thing I can come up with is that they plan to train jeets on AI for all tasks that are more complex than taking a shit. But even then that presumes the jeets will not jugaad the orders from the AI to 'be more efficient' (translation: because they are lazy).
Outside of whether this is actually the plan or not, the actual answer is simple. The thing about the kind of elites who climb to the top of these towers is they have a very, VERY strong personal desire for power and the willingness to put effort behind action to acquire it. In short, they're good at self motivating for reward. Thing is, they're usually so good at it and have been for so long that its difficult for them to process that some people just can't do that. A jeet will live in squalid conditions and absolute filth, happy if they just have smartphone, because the majority of them don't have any personal desire for more beyond the very basic food, fuck and fun motivators. This makes them terrible in any kind of actual physical labor, where you can't really just replace people or throw more people at a problem - There's only so many plumbers in your community, and if all of them are lazy fucks, bringing ten in won't fix the toilet any faster. Working with your hands requires focus, foresight, and a willingness to learn and adapt because you can't look up plumbing snippets on stack overflow, and shitters don't come with a terminal API.
They genuinely believe that Jeets will do as the elites do, and that jeets will do as the average westerner does, and be willing to put in the hard work to build success, and be willing to do so under the systems that maximize the elites ability to extract that success for themselves. They're not able to effectively grasp that a jeet would rather engage in a convoluted form of suicide by overhead cable before they'd bother googling "How to connect house to power line", and would rather do neither if they find they can charge their phone at a coffee shop instead. They're legitimately too servile to build effective civilization. The 'westernized wealthy' lifestyles in india aren't operated off indian labor, they're operated off expats and exports, using local indians for menial slave labor on hard to fuck up basic products and resources, to get foreign money to bring in foreign refined products and foreign human services that a jeet could never manage themselves.
Quite literally, the Elites are too capable to truly grasp that its not that they haven't found a way to motivate the indians to do better, but that they're already more than happy with what they got, in the context of what the elites are willing to give, anyway.
