So companies outsource to these shitty Indian firms promising infinite workers with falsified credentials at insane productivity rates and rock bottom prices. This prices the rest of the world out but these companies quickly discover dealing with Indians remotely is a logistical nightmare. We've covered this in the thread but imagine if you had to supervise them only you couldn't talk to them directly, watch them work, etc. You ask them to do something, they say yes saar right away saar then they either don't do it at all, or they half-ass it and blame their coworkers, other teams, claim you never spoke to them, etc. Or they do it wrong and then tell you that no they did it right and you're stupid for not recognizing their brilliance or no they did what you told them to do and you're lying now becuase you're jealous of their superior Jeet cock.
Eventually they get fed up enough and these outsource companies sneak in and go "how about hiring a retard wrangler to deal with these cultural and communications challenges?" So you end up with an alpha jeet with some izzat. Either they were already the "real" boss of the jeets or the jeets quickly start sucking up to him (it's always a male) to try and get their crumb of izzat. This needs to be mentioned -- it doesn't matter who their boss actually is. There will be an Alpha jeet they listen to, and if the boss and the Alpha jeet disagree, the boss is ignored. Once they get an Alpha Jeet in to "manage" them they quickly gain undue influence on the company. Like one of my clients we were told to just never contact the jeets directly, always go through the tard wrangler, who would cover up their fuckups and falsify documents to make his team look good and other teams look bad.
Once they get a few people in management, they start pushing anyone not a jeet out. This is an unheard of thing to Americans and it's so unthinkable Boomers are headshot by the very idea, but they have an in group preference. They'd rather work with other jeets. Part of it is their shitty izzat culture -- you don't get izzat for working with people who don't believe in izzat, although you can get it for scamming, stealing, or screwing over non-jeets -- but part of it is simple racial supremacy. Jeets genuinely think they are the master race and all non-jeets are beneath them, and yes this counts no matter what flavor of jeet they are -- cowfucker, camelfucker, cousinfucker, etc etc.
Once you have people in decision making capacities that think "I want to hire my people" instead of "I want to hire the best people" or "I want to do what's best for the company" it's shockingly easy for them to push this agenda. Complaints against non-Jeets are amplified, while all the Jeets shitty hygine, behavior, work product, and sexual harassment (oh god the harassment) is ignored. Over time, the non-Jeets are fired or simply leave because they're being undercut by the Jeets, underpaid cause they're competing with a country where $15-20k a year is a shocking amount of money (the average annual income in India is $4.5k, although thanks to their caste system this is skewed), and tired of either having to fix all the Jeets' work or DOING all the work cause the Jeets are finding ways to avoid it.
(For example, my team is dealing with one client whose Jeets found a SOP that, if intentionally misread, says effectively "Escalate all issues over to 404's team." So they haven't done any work in 6 weeks, while we're having to do their work while the Jeet managers slowly drag their ass pretending not to understand the problem and refusing to fix it, cause according to the paperwork their teams are doing INSANE near infinite productivity, while actually doing nothing. Also isn't 404's team really slow and incompetent, saar?? We should hire some JEETS to work with him directly, that'll solve the problem right away, saar!)
It's even worse if the Jeets get one of theirs in HR, as they'll turn the fake complaints the Jeets make into actual HR issues, pushing key White people out, all while HR filters resumes from Whites away and focuses on hiring Jeets. "I want to hire my people." The more this goes on, the more powerful this effect is.
DEI has only amplified this. Jeets are brown. More brown is more good! The idiot white women and jews in HR are all too happy to bring on more jeets, more jeets, MOOOOOORE JEETS cause they at least claim to be able to do the work (they have like 2-3 PHDs each to prove it) which means they hit the diversity goals, and besides they won't have to be the ones working with them, you will. Until they get laid off and Pajeeta replaces them. But they still can't complain because that would be a heckin' racisms.
Eventually this rot spreads upwards, with teams falsifying work product and KPIs to make the jeets look good and the other teams look bad, letting them push to replace leadership, which lets them then go down from that position and clean out any leftover white holdouts. This repeats until they start getting C-suite positions, like at IBM, Google, Apple, etc etc.
Coding used to be where we saw this, they'd hire outsourcer devops and we'd ask them to do something and requests would just go into a black hole or they'd shit out something a first year compsci student would get a D+ on. 3, 4, 5 times of "no, this isn't good enough, fix it" would eventually result in one of our teams finally just cleaning it up (doing all the work) while the Indians headbobed and said how good their work was, saar or how you just didn't understand your own request, saar. Boomers didn't cause causue they were cheap, not realizing or intentionally not noticing that the smaller group of Whites were having to fix the Jeet's shit and the company was literally paying the Jeets to do nothing more than kiss the ass of the Boomers and drive wages down.
We also saw this in Engineering with the H-1B system. That's your "we can't find an American willing to work this wage job" where they bring in Jeets specifically to do the work. Tech loves this becuase they're slaves. No, literally, they're quite literally slaves to these tech companies. An H-1B isn't an employee, they are a consultant, and if they're fired, they have to find another position in a short period of time or they go back home and have to start the entire process of getting back to America over again. Well, if you just all have a handshake agreement NEVER to hire another company's slave, then they either do whatever the fuck you say 24x7 forever, or they go the fuck home. That makes them slaves. They'll work for peanuts, they'll put up with shitty conditions, they'll do whatever you tell them to do, becuase if they don't, they lose everything. Meanwhile everyone not a H-1B has to compete with literal slaves from the 3rd world over who will do the most work for the least pay.
But this spread from coding to basically all IT. Worse, it's starting to spread to politics, as their country's leadership has realized if they just send infinite jeets to every other country they can de-facto colonize them, and thanks to a century of Jewish subversion none of us have any resistance to any of it. God willing the conditioning breaks before civilization does. The boomers dying out or being told to fuck off, we can't afford their luxury beliefs in "liberalism" anymore will probably help.
An 'upside' to civilization breaking would be the disintegration of global supply chains that are currently inflating brown populations. It would also collapse a lot of the mechanisms allowing them to get in. Planes and ships would still exist, but good luck maintaining and fueling them without parts manufactured in Asia or the West. All that with a trillion starving jeets looking to strip any value left. I do believe that all but the most mindbroken Whites will fall in line after a few days of real hunger. Might not even take that much. It's likely going to be unpleasant for all of us no matter what happens, so there's no better time to prepare than now.

I lived in Japan for a few years and came back to the U.S. in 2022. There were jeets in Ueno park. They were the only ones I saw, but it was still alarming. The last time I had been to Tokyo I didn't see any. I remember getting into a friendly argument with some guy over the Floyd shit regarding general brown behavior. It ended with a genuine 'I hope you don't have to realize that I'm right.'
I lived there more recently. Aside from at Indian restaurants, I mainly remember seeing Indians working in konbinis a few times as well as in the food court of IKEA. From what I've heard though, the areas that are more visibly affected by the issue aren't the big cities, but places such as Beppu that are somewhat touristy but rural enough not to have enough young locals living there. They'll often have Indians working in hotels and whatnot.
