As a people, they seem incapable of original thought, and tend to do things in leadership roles in cargo-cult fashion. There is a lot of "do this thing that other companies are doing, you too will be successful."

As a good case in point, Microsoft (but there are others, Sundar at Google, Arvind at IBM, Naranig at Adobe, Sanshit at Micron, etc)
Microsoft as a company seems to be rotten from the top down, copying what other companies do--Microsoft Azure exists because MS got jealous of AWS. Microsoft Sequel Server exists because Microsoft wanted to have a DB2 like Database of their own. Microsoft wanted to be like Sony so ended up with the X-Box division that somehow is not profitable, and Windows apparently is not profitable either.
Jeet CEO's only know how to milk a company dry because they lack original ideas. They eat their intellectual seed corn and jump on the next bandwagon--currently it's AI, but what kind of business is Microsoft building when the AI boom ends?
Jeets also love downsizing, because "other companies do it, so we have to do the needful."
I could write a longer analysis of a company like Micron or Google, but you get the idea. These are companies that crave white leadership with original ideas, but a white person would never want to take over the helm of jeet-infested companies.
I am just glad that other people are finally realizing the Jeet menace is real.
