WGN doesn't show Matlock anymore at 9 and 10am on the weekdays anymore. I'm having serious Matlock morning withdrawls. I have some left on my dvr, but its not the same as turning on the tv, and it being on, you know?
 
My right foot is incredibly cold and I don't know why oh my God this hurts why is this happening.

My boyfriend opened the window above his bed in the middle of the night during a snow storm. I woke up to tiny flecks of snow blowing onto my face from behind a curtain. I want to beat him.

He sounds like a real jerk, why do you ladies always date them? Well, lucky for you there's plenty of nice guys on ok cupid who would treat you right.

I work in the 'hood so every now and then I get to see some whacky stuff from the locals. Yesterday I opened our dumpster outside to throw something away and I saw a wounded puppy that some crackhead most likely tossed in there. Whoever did it put it in a Styrofoam box that tipped over. It was laying on it's side and squirming around in pain.

Anyway, animal control was called and they took it away, but they were saying things weren't looking good for the puppy. (:_(

...I'm going to get this book. I mean, I hate The Room. It was painful to watch and I only got through it by rewriting it in my head (In my version of the film, everyone only sides with Johnny they are taking advantage of him). This movie broke me...\

I'm going to have to watch it again sometime.
 
I just accomplished the Herculean task of cleaning up my computer's contents. I had so many random folders and duplicate files everywhere. :oops: I even organized my bookmarks.

It's the coldest night in nearly 20 years.

I hate winter, the cold, the dark and the snow. I can't wait until it's spring and I can go around without a jacket on.

Agreed! It's supposed to be 10 degrees when I leave the house tomorrow. I'm really not into this at all.
 
It's -7 right now. argh.

(:_( it's cold, furnace isn't working

and to top it all off I feel depressed (:_( (:_( (:_(

I don't even think it's the worst day of the year yet - that's like the third Monday of the month or something.
 
I was excited to get a temp job, finally some work. Now I have to drive for an hour and a half in 9° tomorrow. I hope there's no ice on the road. We don't know how to drive in that here.
 
Congrats on the job. I hope the roads will be OK for you.

I signed up to help at an animal shelter and the blood bank. I hope I can get a position and do something with my time.
