I feel intensely stupid. I'd spent the past three days writing a letter, trying to sum up everything that explained how I felt about inventory, and all the crap that had happened since I was hired... and my supervisor said that experience with the store had taught him never to put or accept anything in writing. He gave back the note I'd written yesterday, in which I explained why I'd been in such a terrible mood.

You'd think I would have known better. Of course I couldn't put anything in writing because it could be used as evidence. Christ.
