The state killing convicted criminals is not murder lol. Expanding the death penalty and applying it to more crimes is fine. The problem with criminality is that it causes chaos and destruction. A government is not chaotic, it is too bureaucratic and bogged down by red tape for that. But in the interest of clarity, I am not suggesting anyone other than the state shoot a thief.
