"Maddison" (real name unknown) started out as a normal (albeit very ugly man) but suddenly trooned out after marrying this creature. To make matters worse both of them somehow are allowed to adopt children who out of respect will not be posting due to their age. Their content has progressed from them pretending to care about fitness by walking around occasionally to full on transgender degeneracy. I think it's worse than that. Just like with trans surgeries, mass undocumented immigration etc, the normies supporting it genuinely believe it's a good thing, and any evidence to the contrary is either fake or 'just a few bad apples'.

And when it all comes to light the reality of what's been happening they'll pretend they never supported it in the first place and quietly scrub their timelines of all the pride flag shit.
