Plaintiff:
TED Entertainment Inc. AKA Ethan and Hila Klein

Ethan Klein is a former youtuber now a mediocre podcaster where he and his wife, Hila Klein do podcast things (talk about boring stuff). He gained recognition in the past for videos like Vape Nation and making 'content nukes' on other creators like Keemstar and Hasan Piker. For the past few years Ethan Klein has been in a slapfight with the internet left over the Israel Palestine conflict. At this point, multiple lawsuits have been threatened by Ethan Klein and targeting Ethan Klein from some of the defendants. This has finally culminated in the following three lawsuits, with only two being filed so far.

Defendants:

Alexandra Marwa Saber AKA
Denims

TED ENTERTAINMENT, INC., a California Corporation, Plaintiffs, v. ALEXANDRA MARWA SABER f/k/a MARWA TALATTABDELMONEM p/k/a DENIMS, an individual, and DOES 1-10
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA
Case No.: 2:25-cv-5564
Filing Date: 6/19/2025

Denims is a Twitch Streamer, former Destiny orbiter, and current Hasan Piker orbiter.

Morgan Kamal Majed AKA Frogan

TED ENTERTAINMENT, INC., a California Corporation, Plaintiff, v. MORGAN KAMAL MAJED p/k/a FROGAN, an individual, and DOES 1-10
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA
Case No.: 2:25-cv-5565
Filing Date: 6/19/2025

Frogan is a Twitch Streamer, current Hasan Piker chat moderator and orbiters.

Kasey Caviness AKA Kaceytron
TED ENTERTAINMENT, INC., a California corporation, Plaintiff, v. KACEY CAVINESS p/k/a KACEYTRON, an individual, and DOES 1-10
IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTFOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF MISSOURI
Case No. 4:25-cv-459
Filing Date: 6/19/2025

1750498850529.webp

Kaceytron is a Twitch Streamer.

Does 1-10

Does 1-10 are named in both of the above lawsuits as defendants, they are alleged to be the moderators of the 'H3Snark' subreddits.

The primary allegations in each case are a count of Direct Copyright Infrigement against Denims, Frogan, and presumably Kaceytron.

The allegations against Does 1-10 are a single count of Contributory Copyright Infringement, alleging that posts they made on the subreddit were intended to and directed users towards the direct copyright infringement of Denims, Frogan, and Kaceytron.

Time to watch some internet whores get what they fucking deserve

Maybe outside the scope of this thread but can anyone explain what the issue with Kaceytron is? I haven't seen that name in years, IIRC she was a chubby 'ironic' tittystreamer, did she somehow end up involved in the twitch.tv terrorism promotion community? I've very loosely followed this issue and can't recall her coming up at all. Is she just alleged to be involved in h3 snark reddit?

I think it deflated the lawsuits as well
To me, large swathes of the lawsuits reek of "PR Lawsuits." Good portions of the filings concern irrelevant and deliberately inflammatory claims meant to impress a layman audience as opposed to provide useful information related to the cause of action to the court. I doubt a federal judge will be impressed by this, even if it does probably contain enough substantive allegations to survive a motion to dismiss.

Ostatnio edytowane:
If I were judge I would rule that everyone involved is a retard, no rulings on copyright, and say that the defendants are to become indentured servants to Ethan and forced to labor in the content mines for him. But bold decisions like that are why they would never let me be a judge.

Its always nice to see people you hate fighting. Frogan also reminds me of those japanese hyottoko masks.

Is Ethan admitting part of his original Hasan content nuke video was also a ruse to entrap his enemies an actual issue in court? Regardless of his statement, Denims, Frogan, and Kaceytron all willfully admitted to restreaming his content with malicious intent unprompted. There was nothing external Ethan did to entice them to publicly admit to stealing content so it seems hard to find how that is even relevant other than "he is a big meanie playing 4D chess and I'm just a retard ya honah!", which admittedly isn't a bad strategy going by how the Greer case has been going.

Its not an actual issue. He essentially placed his chips on red and is off to the races now.

Seems like it's going to be hard to argue for damages when saying that they did defendants broke the law because as part of your master plan. Weird stuff.
His plan consists of registering the copyright before releasing the video. That's hardly entrapment, it's a precaution, and intending to sue anyone who infringed might be annoying but it's not devious. I think he'll actually be on strong grounds there, because he didn't sue everyone the snark subreddit listed; just the ones who explicitly said they were going to break copyright law.

Everyone's focusing on the streamers, but I think the bigger legal jujitsu is suing the snark mods. It's a great way to get back at the entire subreddit; hitting them at the top of their hierarchy, instead of trying to fight a horde of anons. It's also less of a reach than normal, because they go out of their way to encourage market substitutes and deny H3 views.

It also gives Ethan an excuse to dox them. Subpoenas incoming, lulz imminent.

Always funny to see redditors in pain. Suffah, tranny jannies.

For the past few years Ethan Klein has been in a slapfight
Never really been the biggest fan of H3 but honestly go for it, mainly since he's one of the few people that wants Hasan to get the backlash that he deserves- especially since they got CPS involved and tried to get them to kidnap ethan's family, which is honestly really deplorable whether Ethan was verifiably baiting for that to happen or not. Hasan is a terrorist sympathizer and has been since he was in TYT, and should get thrown in prison considering that he's the one that enabled the murder of 2 Rizzraeli diplomats.
It also gives Ethan an excuse to dox them
This also is a good point, often for instance Hasan would use his friend group to do the words and actions for him - basically as human shields. It's why targeting them as equally as targeting him is important for anyone pursuing a case against him.

If I was a judge, I'd sentence all of them to death in a 4v1 boxing match against the candyman
