Courts will accept anything, at first. From 100 pages of shitzo ramblings to shit stuffed in an envelope. Garbage submissions usually get slapped with a "please fix this or we're not gonna waste our time" and are given an idea how to fix it. Anything beyond that and when it comes in front of a judge they'll either go:
1) you never fixed this submission so I'm throwing this whole thing out. Dismissed.
2) we'll continue with this schizo garbage but you have basically no chance of succeeding because I have no idea what you want. Que schizo ramblings in person and case dismissed.
