I assumed they struck this one too, because it's gibberish. For example, they claim the suit is barred by Laches but do not explain WHY.
Because the saw the word "laches" show up in an anti-Twitter thread and thought "mmm new word" and started dusting it on everything like chocolate sprinkles.

Like a couple years ago when "tortuous interference" and "SLAPP motion" started getting thrown around like limp cats in every legal thread on social media.

I can't imagine being the lawyer for this guy. He's a walking liability who's clearly been off his meds for a while (considering he thought he could get away with stealing thousands of dollars worth of equipment from his place of employment).

He's talking about Tim in his stickied tweet. The dude is an imbecile.

Tim to his credit is acting like these cretins don't exist. That pinned tweet alone is probably worth an extra 10,000 dollars for a retainer by itself. Dude is being sued for bad faith by a corporation and he's divulging the inner workings of said corporation publicly. Not a good plan.

Lets. Not forget this clown was a senior editor at Vice for a number of years. How much Disney money did he snort off the asses of tranny hookers?
Enough to permanently alter his brain chemistry. Assuming he wasn't this bat shit stupid before working at Vice.

Shouldnt that mean he has money?
Receiving that much money that early in life? Hell no! Earning money that early in the fashion he did would lead to a high spending lifestyle. When the money dried up the lifestyle probably didn't and he would have burned through any savings he had.

The pinned tweet perfectly illustrates why Beanie Boy had valid reasons for exercising editorial control on these cretins, and terminating their employment when that failed.

Rocco is a special sort of millenial sped, what did Timmy ever see in these tards?
Castoro is also a Florida Man. That being said. Pool as always been profoundly naive when it comes to real world dealings. His political stances basically assumed that everyone is playing DND, bound by magic words, and can only wriggle around within the technicalities that are specifically written on paper. The only saving grace with respect to this, is that his opponents are larger tards with even more naive views. Their understanding of how things work, at the least, is profoundly confused, with their primary disconnect being between their brain stem and the rest of reality.

On second thought, between him, Krigler, and Crossland, he probably does this on purpose to be the smartest person in the room. Basically, he needs a bar so low that he can easily step over, but not to the point where he has to go digging to look for the bar.

Tweet aside, the dumb-ass army helmet and savior background sets the absolute worst tone possible for a guy like this. Imbecile is charitable.

That should technically mean he has stuff that isnt nailed down that can be liquidated for cash.

50% is fine, 85% isn't. There's no reason to have stock in a company if there's just three people.
Holding stock in a small corporation generally means the holder made some sort of investment in the company and expects some sort of dividend in return. This is primarily for tax purposes, as dividend isn't taxed at the same rate as waged income.

Topic came up again and I was bored.

While the clown is completely insane and broadcasts this to the world, during an ongoing lawsuit, I don't think he snorted anything from a hookers ass. He simply could not afford it.
Remember, these folks at vice are paid sub-powerty salaries and often have to e-beg to buy food.

A senior editor isnt making poverty level wages. He was making at least 50k.

SCNR is malware developed by people working with Rocco Castoro. I aided in the development in the SCNR bot in many ways. Rocco Castoro is a bitch and so is Emily Molly. I was on a call with both of them with faggy hackers that were ex google employees when I called them all shitbags.
Tim Pool has a massive fucking botnet for his view machine, at least thats what all his "employees" told me.

Vice managed to vaporize $400 million in Disney money. I can only imagine Cocaine and Tranny hookers were involved. They may not have paid employees much but they had a great benefits package.
