Parties​
  • Braden Eric Peters: Known online as Clavicular. Looksmaxing live streamer known for hitting his face with a hammer, taking meth, and doing steroids to the point of becoming infertile.
  • Violet Marie Lentz: Girlfriend of Peters. Charged in separate, related case.
  • Roselie Arritola: Known online as Jenny Popach. Social media influencer and adult video actress.
Summary of Events​
On February 3, 2026 at 4:05 AM, police responded to a call at 1824 Sandy Park Trail, Kissimmee, FL 34747. Upon arrival, deputies contacted Arritola, who made a statement. Arritola alleges that on February 2, 2026:
  • She was returning with Peters to an AriBNB he had rented
  • En route, Peters made a remark on livestream about her fighting his girlfriend (Lentz). Arritola declined
  • Upon arrival, Peters invited her inside
  • Five minutes later, Lentz enters the room and begins making accusations that Arritola is pursuing Peters
  • Arritola attempts to de-escelate
  • Lentz throws Arritola to the ground and begins punching her and pulling her hair
  • Peters pulled her up and held her while Lentz continued to strike her
Deputies attempt to contact Peters and Lentz at their residence, but are met by two unidentified associates. Associates state that Peters and Lentz refuse to speak without legal counsel.

Recording of the Incident​
While at the scene, Arritola provided a recording of the incident, since it was livestreamed by Peters.
Here is a recording of the incident (not the exact one given to police), as well as a closeup released by TMZ:


The footage was reviewed by the officers, who state:
  • Lentz Initiated the encounter by pulling Arritola's arms and pulling her hair
  • After Arritola pushed back in self-defense, Lentz forced her to the ground
  • Lentz then mounted Arritola and delivered multiple strikes to the face
  • A black male subject likely serving as security tried to break up the fight, but Peters pushed him away
  • Peters shortly thereafter broke up the fight himself
Arritola's injuries were photographed by deputies. Arritola further provided a video where Peters commends Lentz for "fucking her up".
Since Arritola did not personally know Lentz, deputies set up a photo lineup which included Lentz' photograph. Arritola positively identified Lentz from the lineup.

Hi there. Excellent start, but I realised that state courts aren't party to PACER (at least I don't think). I spent a bit of time digging in the wrong place for the docket information. Please append to the OP for anyone who wishes to look it up by case number: Osceola Courts

Why did you post this to PG when this loser already has a thread? This is an update post at best and needs to be moved. PG threads are for new lolcows and groups of interest that may produce lolcows.

Russell Greer and LFJ both have dedicated threads and ongoing court case threads. Same goes for people like Corey Barnhill, Dax Herrera/Juju the Cow/Dick Masterson, among a cavalcade of other lolcows who already have their own threads but also pending cases. This is the thread specifically dedicated to discussing the ongoing court cases that Clavicular and Violet got themselves into. This is a categorically different pursuit than merely keeping tabs on the latest happenings while everyone else shitposts. Lolcow legal threads specifically have a higher standard to maintain because they're pulling directly from public records, and all discourse in this thread is specifically for the legal issues.

Back to the topic at hand. No new updates for either Clavicular or Violet beyond the execution of the arrest warrants on 31MAR2026.

Homie it clearly states at the very top of the page that PG is for threads about new lolcows. Court cases and updates go on pre existing threads, there's no reason to burden the server with even more pointless threads in the wrong places.

No, this is how it works. A janny, with Null approval, moved a post which summarized the new Jobst v Mitchell case into it's own PG thread, separate from Jobst's already existing thread.

Court case threads start in PG then get moved to Lolcow Litigation.
