you do realize that psychiatrists have some of the most rigorous training to correctly use diagnostic tools correctly? your friend likely does not have bpd. just because you don't get the diagnosis you wanted doesn't mean a doctor is 'ableist'. psychiatrists are not there for reinforcement or to validate whatever you read on the Internet.

1. If you recognise your belief systems are crazy (I'm taking crazy to mean not logical, here. If you have a different definition, say.) then why do you still hold them?
2. You've said that you don't choose your kin, do you tend to gather new kin when under different types of stress or when in different places in life?
3. Whilst I understand anger, why don't you remove yourself from Tumblr / avoid the ask box when this happens? You also said here that you want these people to genuinely kill themselves. That implies your hatred is long lasting and more than just a burst of anger. Do you think some people really should just kill themselves?
4. Most would call that an advancement in science. They no longer diagnose a disorder due the definition / criteria changing and often they'll diagnose you with something else or give you help for what you're experiencing rather than a diagnosis.
5. If you have DID, then wouldn't that imply all of these alters are simply a product of that? What are your thoughts on this? Do you think all your fictives could just be the product of an untreated mental disorder?
