[SPREGULATION] Phil's possibly committed fraud, and not just with SSDI. - This is pretty sickening if true.

I would find out the place where the bro resides and call them up, outright say "I think Nick Delici may have had his identity stolen a couple years [one year? i have already forgotten and it was mentioned] ago." Would probably be good to mention you follow Phil online, that's how you're aware of Nick's existence (and maybe could get away with knowing where he lives with this), and some posts of Phil's tipped you off that something was up. I don't know what you have exactly, DT, like if legally speaking you should have access to that information, so I don't know if you'd want to bring it up. But tipping SOMEBODY off can't hurt, and if all else fails you could probably contact some government or state agency if it does seem like the care staff/family are in on it.

(p.s. i hate your new name, the auto tagger thing isn't showing up for me and i can't be arsed to look if you have punctuation in your user)

He is the source of our entertainment, so there's that.

All the best killers have 3 names too too.
Yeah, it's a legal thing. It started in the 80s with news reporters picking it up and using all three as a way to cover their ass from getting sued by the Bob (Herbert) Johnson down the street from the Bob Wesley Johnson who just whacked a sorority house. (Source:was true crime writer once ... sorry again from Capt Derail). My question is, could Phil have snaffled Nick's birth certificate and used it to obtain false ID, or is there a significant age gap between them? Same parents name, etc. and your birth certificate doesn't denote any disabilities you may have been born with. Wouldn't surprise me at all to learn that he has a full set of Nick Delici ID somewhere that he was actually bright enough not to post.

Earlier than that.

John Wilkes Booth.
Lee Harvey Oswald.

But John Hinckley.
And Sirhan Sirhan. That dude didn't even have two names, just the same name twice.

But Mark David Chapman.

And there was also that poor Richard Jewell guy, he only got two names and he didn't even blow up that park. Of course, he actually sued the living bejesus out of all the media that falsely claimed he had.

All very true, but it it really became a thing in the early 80s. Bundy's middle name was Robert and you would hear it occasionally during his manhunt and trial reports and Booth often used his full name as a stage performers. But the "three name" thing is often used as a legal conceit to cover the media's and the DA's ass.
