I very much doubt that she got the position for any other reason other than because she is a nigger. That could mean several things, all equally hilarious:
1) Microsoft truly drank the kool aid like Soyny and are on the path of self destruction that we can hardly comprehend at the moment
2) Xbox branch is more or less dead and left forgotten by suits at large, so they're letting a diversity hire take over. Best case scenario, she turns the ship around, worst case scenario is that at least the company gets good PR while the inevitable happens
3) She's only a pretty face and someone else is calling in the shots behind the scenes. Probably a white male, ironically enough. So much for diversity!
