I’m sorry they did that.. at the beginning of this it was Micheal’s groups doxing everyone and not a lot of people in these groups had even heard of doxing. Then when things quieted down a LOT of infighting from a group of women happened. A lot of people were doxed, jobs called, rumors about them or their families were made or posted. Some for no reason other than they were in someone’s live chat or appeared to support a channel. It’s not right at all, regardless of who you support in this case. I was not there for the original stream but what i heard on the re stream was enough that i don’t believe that any of this should have happened…
What matters the most to me is I couldn't push back against the facts of what happened with my boss. People flat out lied about what I had allegedly did and said. Even if you are gonna call and shit (which is a real bitch made thing to do, for example even with knowing the phone number of one person, I've made no phone calls, I've sent no text messages, even though their email was DIRECTLY responsible for me losing by job and
OVER TWO DOZEN PEOPLES LIVES UPENDED BY THIS, MANY OF THEM KIDS , because I understand the ability to have actual discourse online on a topic), at least don't lie about it.
Don't put in your email and/or state in your phone call that:
- I was talking about sealed court documents and imply the sealing order applies.
- Give the implication that the C&D I received was about the documents I was talking about and that I laughed at the C&D, making it out like I didn't take the issue seriously.
- Make the statements that I was talking about a 9 year old's vagina in detail and was sounding sexually aroused by it.
- Tell my boss I was processing to be an expert in this field or area of practice, when I disclaimed multiple times during my streams that's not the case.
- And there's a few others but these are the big ones.
Because guess what? Each one of those lies helped construct the logic that resulted in my termination. Yet you've got people like Caley with the Tea on her stream last night talking about how I'm all pro child sex doll in an unrestricted manner for pedophiles, but she even states she didn't watch any of my streams talking about how I believe there is a potential for research on the matter for them to be effective as a treatment tool.
So how is this side continue to allege good faith in this case and looking out for Sophie, continue to make up lie after lie. I've shown receipts and screenshots and documents to back up my claims. But yet every time I hear things from people like Caley, I am not surprised by the complete lack of evidence they provide.
I showed evidence of Critical Kay's Patreon Chat literally making fun of Sophie's sexual abuse accusations with literal raw chicken in the shape of a vaginal opening, but I hear crickets from them about what happened, yet me just reading and showing the Affidavit, so there's no way for me to insert my own words or opinion into it LIKE FUCKING KATIE AND ASK YOUR BARTENDER who don't want to show documents but give you a "summary". A very biased summary if I'm being nice. Lies and bullshit if I'm being honest.
So please continue to deflect because it isn't proving anyone is owning up to their shitty behavior. I've already explained the minimum thing I'll take from the people who contacted my employer is to own your bullshit and work to undo it. But I am doubtful they will.
Technically you’re right it does matter to their reputations professional and personal. It did cause a judge to flee the state in hiding and it did help Micheal finically for a bit. From what was said previously Snipes was appointed because he was not intimidated by SM but it certainly can cause an argument of weather it’s influenced or caused bias in the court
It’s only two of the women as far as I’m aware. A lot of what’s being said here is being SS and shared to discords by others. So I’ll leave that alone unless Ken would like the info privately.
Micheal said the court would be appointing him counsel today? Is this an attorney he has a say in? I didn’t hear any elaboration on that and it didn’t sound as though he was using an outside resource or hiring an attorney being court appointed?
