i don't disagree that there's not much material here but i think it's almost inevitable that as people orient towards edrama content that they themselves end up more cowlike or at least cow-adjacent. also fuck the "bbbut he's our fwend!" logic. if anything that makes him more of a lolcow.
 
I'm surprised to see this up. Mutahar is a quirky guy, but not one I would ever consider for LOLCOWdom, but I'll give this a watch in case the OP is updated with more interesting/lulzy content. He's definitely had a tonal shift in his content and is more sensitive than he used to be, so I can see the potential there.
 
He's nowhere near the level of badness as Charlie and his affiliation with Shad isn't even direct. Deleting a twitter account and not looking back at the site is an outright good thing regardless of why.

I don't think it's written poorly but I just think that he isn't quite thread-worthy, it seems like his worst sins are making bad videos and being unlucky enough to trust Nuxtaku. Maybe in the future, more funny stuff will come out about him.

He's certainly way better than critical, though that's not really a high bar.

And then you can't install it because a wheel is fucked and he hides the goddamn prompt screen with his giant fucking head like he's doing a tiktok so you're just sitting there guessing. You give up and just go install LivePortrait instead because it actually fucking works and who cares if ComfyUI takes more work than DeepCam? Sure, you'll have to fight with some crosslinked library that has to be downgraded and it fucks your shit from before, but it runs. And that's all you care about.

And whatever the tool is, it's never as earth-shattering as it purports to be; big "Mr. Beast for Nerds" energy part of the time. There's almost always another tool that works just as well.
 
Thread’s not badly written, but Mutahar is in no way a lolcow. He did God’s work in bringing Keffals’ lies and the Catboy Ranch to wider mainstream attention.
