So I decided to do some googling after reading what @copypaste, @Darky, and @Smutley had to say about cats and veganism. Vegan cat food is absolutely a thing that exists, so my guess is that Kyle's cat, whatever breed it is, could be of a breed that is entirely capable of living on a vegan diet.

EDIT: I should specify that I know absolutely nothing about cats, and this is all conjecture on my part.

Kyles cats are MooCats. Their diet consists strictly of grass. And not the kind of grass you find in your lawn, if you get what I'm saying!! Like, TAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, #blazeit #420 #MooCatfacts

I will gift him the caracal. It is the only domestic cat that can jump six feet, meaning the cat can jump from floor height with a pocketed pistol and get a perfect headshot. Survival of the felinest, baby.

I don't have time to watch the video right now, but judging from what I've seen of the rest of Kyle's house in other videos, that "vegan" cat has probably eaten more mice and bugs than Jace has had hot dinners.

Horses, at least partially. A meat-heavy diet is something they certainly aren't built for as their teeth and digestive systems are aimed more towards plants and stuff like herbivores, but there are documented instances where even domesticated horses can handle a rare meat treat (bite of a big mac, a bit of sausage) without much problem. The key detail being that it must be processed meat ala ground up and fully cooked. Trying to feed a horse a rare steak would acomplish nothing but a dead horse.

That's only in terms of diet though. In general, any animal other than we humans can't be vegans no matter what because it's more of a philosophy than anything. Not just food made by/from animals, but also commercial things like clothing (leather, wool) and other products (like whale oil having been a major commodity in households to light lamps centuries ago and, if that one Tiny Toons episode is to be believed, skin lotion). And because animals generally don't give a shit about that kind of thing, they can't be vegans as a core requirement is actually giving a shit about that kind of thing.
 
Between operation Tupacalypse and this video, I've come to the conclusion that Jace has friends that are even dumber than him.

I'm not going to sperg on and on about this, but I REALLY hope Kyle is BULLSHITTING Jace about the cat(s) being vegan. For one thing, cats absolutely need Taurine; without it, they can develop serious cardiac defects. The only non-meat based Taurine comes from sea algae.

Done sperging now. Those kittys are damn cute. I really hope Kyle and his family are taking proper care of them.

That would be "Xenu". The name "Zebulon" is from the Old Testament and refers to an ancient Israeli tribe.
 
Thankfully for the cat, at least one of Kyle's parents eats meat since there's turkey bacon in the fridge. Let's just hope Kyle's dumb ass never gets a cat if he ever moves out.
