I allege that Shane is fishing around sending the lawsuit with limited context to lawyers on Twitter so he can have one of them validate his opinions. The guy nick is talking to called him a grifter, alluded to the POS comment, and said someone sent him the petition. Shane is desperate to have a lawyer come out and defend KV.

You mean, other than the Super Lawyers they have already hired and are handling the case directly? The same lawyers who would have a better grasp of the matter and have clearer context regarding the entirety of the details as opposed to some rando attorney on the InterWebz who has been fed misqouted and out of context snippets?

Christ, these brainlets are being more exceptional than usual lately...

He needs a lawyer who can actually comment on the case. And it appears hes sent it to many twitter lawyers who think that the POS comment is all they have on defamation, and are ignoring "Vic assaulted over 100 women."

A New York IP lawyer and a New York DUI sleezebag? Oh yes they are going to give GREAT advise on this subject. I doubt if either even knows where Texas is, let alone that it has any law differences with New York. New York Lawyers only practice New York Law, only know New York Law and obstinately refuse to even admit that any other State has it's own Laws. They by practice and arrogance assume New York Law supplants whatever exists out in flyover land. They are by and large a pack of lying idiots.
