This court case wouldn't be happening if all Vic had been accused of was sexual harassment.
To his credit, Shane has said on multiple occasions that Vic is not a rapist.
I guess we have to wait for discovery to fill in the gaps.

Me too, I just wanted to see if he'd take the obvious bait he offered Vic. Turns out even Shane isn't dumb enough to believe the Soviet style "confess your guilt even if you haven't done anything and we promise to go easy on you" one way trip to the gulag deal.

I assumed he was lying, but I have a hard time believing he's stupid enough to claim that there exist two different stories involving a jellybean between the exact same two people and that one of the two involved sexual harassment.
