I feel like this is almost defamatory. Shane is outright implying that Nick was such a bad attorney, that he was forced to become a Youtuber. He still is an attorney, but now he's an attorney with a good YouTube channel that provides him enough revenue that he can work pro bono, providing people who may not be able to afford an attorney with legal services.
