There was actually an article (fuck if I can remember where it was) that essentially said periods are uncomfortable because ideally, a woman should never/rarely experience them, because ideally they should be pregnant. It's an evolutionary advantage to have a drive to reproduce, even if it is to avoid pain.

TL;DR bitch don't know shit about evolution

This opinion is essentially identical to antinatalism, the belief that the human race should cease to exist. We have a thread on those guys somewhere, too.

It's possible these idiots actually have some consistent moral philosophy that leads to this conclusion, but I am inclined to believe they are simply angry idiots who do not understand the natural consequences their "ideas," if you can call them that, would actually lead to.

Depending which feminist you talk to, the pill is either the most feminist thing ever (to relieve women of the patriarchally ordained slavery of being a baby machine and unpaid housemaid), or the evil candy-coated poison created by the patriarchy to promote rape culture.

Holy shit, sexselector. I saw this person's shit years ago and thought it was an artfully crafted parody. I was going through her tumblr thinking, "this is great material." Then by the time page 50 rolled around I realised it was way too crazy and elaborate to be a troll and I got sad.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I'm certain almost all significant historical figures were men.
Most of the women in history were famous because they were stepping out of their social statuses and traditional roles. It was BECAUSE they were a female proving that they could be equal to men, not of what they could actually do.

Of course, that isn't to say that their weren't significant female figures in history, from off the top of my head I remember individuals such as Rosalind Franklin for her contribution to the structures of DNA, RNA, coal, and graphite. (But despite this, that was still a group effort along with the addition James Watson and Francis Crick.)
Jane Goodall is another good example considering her primatology and anthropology research, not to mention her conservation efforts. (This isn't to say controversies haven't arose from her research regarding her having an emotional bias towards said primates.)


TDLR: Women may not be worthless, but Men have contributed the most to human civilization.

I know some of these women. Most of them are straight or bisexual women who have been severely traumatized by men and want to assure people (but mostly themselves) that it's possible to just swear men off. You know your 11th grade English teacher who'd had two miserable divorces and talked all the time about how men are bastards? Yeah. Their entire idea of lesbianism is some kind of bizarro world reparative therapy where the goal of reading the theory (centered around a pretty much batshit woman called Mary Daly) is being able to swear off men forever and never have to deal with them again.

A few are probably also actual, honest to god lesbians who find the doctrine empowering because it let them get rid of their self-hatred about being a lesbian. If you're trying to figure out your sexuality in Chucklefuck, Alabama and you have sex with a couple of men and wonder why it's so terrible, here comes this doctrine and a love-bombing cult of lesbians who are happy to tell you that you're understood and loved at last. These women probably become the biggest defenders of the doctrine, and don't realize how many straight/bi women are swearing up and down they're really lesbians now when in fact they're just sick of dudes.

Lots of the straight ones try to send off a signal with hair cuts (called the "big chop" by lesbians in the know) and this is often seen as kind of a tryhard thing that's more likely than not an indicator of insecurity. Actual butch lesbians tend to keep hair short from an early age. Women with long-ass hair that they cut off as a renouncement of men = crazy, not lesbian.

Where does this end up? Horrifying breakups in which a straight/bi woman decides she wants a dick in her life and the actual lesbian in the relationship throws their stuff out the window. Those U-Haul relationships flame up intensely and flame out intensely. When you make lesbianism your entire ideology, too, it means whoever is breaking up with you isn't just betraying you, they're betraying the cause.

You forgot about actual lesbians who promote political lesbianism as their opportunity to fuck straight girls.

"Men are awful, they're all abusers and misogynists. You need to stop dating those asshole penis-havers and hook up with a nice girl who will treat you right, like me."

For actual lesbians, political lesbianism is basically their equivalent of the stereotypical Nice Guy ploy.
