I've actually heard that orgasms can help to reduce cramping during a woman's period. Dunno how true it is but it sounds like it makes sense.

From what I know, they physiology behind cramping and PMS is a little more complex than just muscle cramps (I think COX-2 plays a big role in the cycle, which is why inhibitors like most NSAIDs work pretty well), but since Ive heard anecdotally that orgasms help with migraines, I wouldn't be surprised if they had some kind of painkilling effect on cramps as well blah blah blah I have autism etc.

I get really, REALLY bad cramps. So bad that I can't even walk at times. You know what fixes that? Advil. Tylenol. A hot water bottle. Emotionally, maybe just relaxing with shitty romcoms. You can get the good painkillers if it's really that bad.
