Clearly Vic holds no power over her whatsoever as she very easily demonstrated when she and her buddies led a crusade to destroy his reputation and business prospects. It's only because his supporters fight tooth and nail to help him stay afloat, otherwise, his life would have been completely over and he would've Alex Holowka'd himself.
