Writing and planning phase? My personal opinion that if they wanted season 10 so bad they should have it already written and planned out and just need someone to pay for the animation build. That looks absolutely atrocious, there's way too much red and if it weren't for the skirt (which is literally just the V1 Monty designed skirt) I would have assumed that she was a Borderlands character.
