Putting out a dox bounty is definitely against Twitter TOS. I don't want anyone to rat because we will lose most of our lolcow milk but we have now documented another time that Roy is breaking TOS and near criminal activity. I suspect le epic redditors will report it.

Roy has not filed his appeal to FINRA, I don't think he ever will. For being "innocent" he won't fight to prove it. Any innocent person will fight to the death over a career ending lie. Why did Roy lie down ? Honestly, had Roy owned up he could have taken it to a mere 60/90 day suspension and be in good standings aside his firing and bond loss at Vanguard. As a new trader with a spot on record it'll be hard as hell to get another chance but not blacklisted like he is now.
