Hasn't Rika been pretty inactive lately? Last pic I saw Rika looked relatively normal and was at some political thing. If you didn't know it was Rika, it wouldn't jump out.

Last place I raw Rika much was spazzing out on 8chan, but even that seems to have subsided. For a while, there would be "Rika" posts on 8chan, but it was just a schtick where people pretended to be Rika.

The other day I remembered Rika's chimpout here, and decided to do a search to see if I could find anything on him. I got nothing, so I suspect that he OD'd, or his parents stuck him in an institution.
