I don't want to live to 80. By then you are a shadow of yourself. I trust enough in Heaven and God that there will be place for me in the clouds. No need to rush it but holding on to life might be a bad idea with dementia in my family.
Not necessarily for everyone. There are bedridden people or close to that who need zimmerframes at that age. There's people out there still fit and active like David Attenborough. He might not do long trecks in wilderness, but he does daily walks and otherwise is independent and mentally agile. But if you have generic problems like that I'd probably wish death before the symptoms get too bad.
